Please share with male friends and family members The size of the bladder is 40 - 60 cl. A bottle of coke is 50cl. As the bladder stores more urine it can enlarge up to 300cl. An overfilled bladder may leak and this leads to wetting / urinary incontinence. Also the volume may put pressure on the kidney and may lead to kidney damage. What may likely bring the man to hospital is acute urinary retention. He wakes up one day and he is not able to pass urine. Everything I have described above is associated with prostate enlargement, technically called benign prostate hyperplasia. There are other diseases of the prostate like: 1. Prostatitis – inflammation of the prostate 2. Prostate cancer – cancer of the prostate. This discussion is on prostate enlargement. I have bad news and good news. The bad news is that everyman will have prostate enlargement if he lives long enough. The good news is that there are life style changes that can help the man after 40 to maintain optimum pros

For the third time, Buhari off to London, via New York

Image
For the third time, Buhari off to London, via New York President Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday afternoon left Abuja on his way to New York City for the United Nations General Assembly in New York. The president left the country after a meeting with governors of Kano, Borno and Sokoto states, at the State House, Abuja. Buhari, according to his Special Adviser on media and publicity, Mr Femi Adesina will make a stop by in London on his way from the UN event. It was not clear however why the president is transiting through London on his way back to Nigeria, as Mr Adesina offered no explanations. Recall however that President Buhari had on two previous occasions went to London for medical treatments. On the first trip, he stayed for about 49 days, and spent 103 days on the second trip, which generated a lot of controversies, leading to protests in Nigeria and London with some Nigerians asking for his resignation. The president’s media aide in announcing his departure

Buratai’s deadline over; where is Boko Haram leader, Shekau?

Buratai’s deadline over; where is Boko Haram leader, Shekau? The Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lt. General Tukur Yusuf Buratai, had on the night of July 21, 2017 issued an order to the theatre commander of Operation Lafia Dole, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, to go out and ensure that the elusive leader of the Boko Haram terrorist sect, Abubakar Shekau is captured, dead or alive. The COAS gave the commander 40 days within which to attain this feat. In efforts to ensure success in the charge handed down to him, the commander commissioned 2,000 men from the Special Forces, with code name “MSTs”, mobile strike teams, and gave them the same charge. 40 days after, nothing has been heard of the capture, or (another) death of the sect leader, whom the Nigerian military has seemingly killed many times over. This is also after the Nigerian Army chief himself had relocated to the troubled north east region of the country, on the directive of the then Acting President, Yemi Osinb

BUHARI’S RETURN: Ekiti APC challenges Fayose to act on his threat and commit suicide

BUHARI’S RETURN: Ekiti APC challenges Fayose to act on his threat and commit suicide Ekiti State governor, Ayodele Fayose was on Monday mocked, and asked to go ahead and commit suicide by the opposition All Progressives Congress (APC) in the state and coalition of civil society groups. The group, who trooped to the streets of Ado-Ekiti to celebrate the return of President Muhammadu Buhari after 103 days in London for a follow-up medical treatment, claimed that the governor had threatened he would commit suicide if Buhari should return to Nigeria hale and hearty. But available records shows the governor was  never quoted to have made such a statement. Fayose had while Buhari was in London claimed that the president has been on a life support since June 6 and vowed to publish pictures of him to prove his claims should the Presidency continue to lie to Nigerians about the true state of President Buhari’s health. But after Buhari, who earlier this year spent 4
