NNAMDI KANU IN BREACH OF THE BAIL CONDITIONS; Comrade Alhassan Haruna Dambatta¨s LETTER TO JUSTICE BINTA NYAKO

In your ruling for Nnamdi Kanu's bail, you were reported to have set certain conditions for Nnamdi Kanu's freedom. The conditions you set to our understanding were based on your impartial promotion of #justice as a two way end, signifying that no accuse is guilty until proven so.
While many #Nigerians were at variance of your judgement to set #Kanu free especially with the enormity of his crime, we still believed that your action at the time stabilizes the tense situation and equally promoted the long held belief that the #court remains the last market for free justice for the common man.
Some of these conditions you gave have already been plotted by Kanu, you said Kanu must not grant interviews, but Kanu have since admitted in a live interview with #Aljazeera that he will not be loyal to your judgement, that he will dis-respect these #bailConditions set by your honorable court.
when #NnamdiKanu was asked if he is worried that he will get in trouble with the Nigerian authorities for speaking to Al Jazeera he scoffs, "I don't care," he said and rolls his eyes. This interview is in breach of the bail conditions you read out that day.
I could remember that day you said “So I am minded to grant him bail so that he can attend to his health and face his trial alive,” please if I may ask, what health condition are you talking about ? because the way things looked, Kanu is as healthy as a Cork.
Amongst the conditions you set, you said Mr. Kanu must not hold rallies, but if I may ask, which rallies are you talking about? Is it the rallies Kanu is holding everyday? Kanu was also bared by your bail conditions to be in a crowd of morethan 10 people, but I am sure you yourself will bear witness that Kanu have since plotted this condition too.
You further said that Kanu must provide the court with reports on the progress of his health
and treatment on a monthly basis, please #JusticeBintaNyako if I may further ask, what is now the status of Kanu's health condition?.
From all indication, Kanu is very healthy and the premise on which Kanu is set free in the first place was faulty to the provisions of justice. What this means is that, Kanu shouldn't have been set free in the first instance and inview of his dis-respect for the court should be re-arrested and incarcerated for justice to be seen as served.
Now, Kanu is calling for #war, this only happened with your support of setting him free. He declared yesterday that the 2017 #Anambra elections will not hold until the Federal Government agrees a
date for a #Biafra #referendum.
He made the #proclamation while addressing a crowd at the palace of His #RoyalMajesty, #Eze I.O Kanu in Isiama Afara Ukwu, #Umuahia, #AbiaState.
We are really confused with the sort of first class treatment you are giving Kanu. One of the question begging for answer is, can I or any other ordinary Nigerian be treated by your honorable court the same way Kanu has been pampered by your court ? That will be impossible but Kanu is getting your favourable attention to the detriment of the rest of us.
Please note that all #Nigerians should be treated equal without bias, fear or favour, but Kanu it seem is swimming in your partial favour, but we Nigerians are still asking WHY ?.
We believe for peace to rein, Kanu of #IPOB must be re-arrested and jail for the rest of his trial especially with the enormity of his crime of treasonable felony, only then justice will be seen to be served.
