VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN: Fan wants Tonto to initiate class for single ladies to learn Kung Fu before marriage

Nollywood actress Tonto Dikeh got a rather hilarious reply from one of her followers on Instagram who suggested that she help initiate the opening of a school where single ladies can learn Kung Fu or Taekwondo before getting married due to the rising spate of battery.
Tonto who is now focusing on her role as an activist against domestic violence took to her Instagram page scribbling a message reiterating her new role which she says comes with a great sense of responsibility.
“#IamAWoman with a platform! A woman privileged to be of influence to many other women. This comes with great responsibilities. I will strive to portray the strengths of a woman in all I do. I will not let my fellow women down. We are strong. We are unique. We are leaders,” she wrote on the social media platform.

Moments after posting the message on Instagram, one of her followers @oyizmarie, replied thus; “I have a suggestion, I don’t know if it is possible for you to help us put it in action, I think a school should be opened where single ladies take a year course on Taekwondo or Kung Fu before marriage, the man must don chop serious beating before she shout out plus he won’t dare touch her again.”
Recall that days after her dowry was returned, Tonto spoke of the disappointment of her marriage dissolution when she joined her other colleagues like Mercy Aigbe and Foluke Daramola for a campaign organized in Lagos by Queen Wuraola Ogunwusi tagged the #1in3Africa Campaign – an initiative set up to spread awareness to end domestic violence and sexual abuse against women across the continent.
Reports say the walk which witnessed the presence of the Zonal Police P.R.O, SP Dolapo Badmus saw Tonto break down emotionally along the way only for her to be consoled by her fellow colleagues who encouraged her to soldier on through the campaign.
